What does this painting include?
Your personalised painting can feature from 1 to 8 family members or pets. Gouche paints are used on 250gsm card.
How does it work?
Once you've placed your order please send your image(s) via an order enquiry or email hello@moonandmothstudio.com so I can create your painting. You can send multiple pictures if necassary (eg. if you don't have photographs of the people together) and please include any additional details or features in the information box.
Please be as specific as you can. This allows me to start the painting more quickly and ensures no errors are made.
If you would like any extra details that aren't shown on the photographs (eg. gold hoop earrings, a halo, lovehearts, family name) please specify when ordering.
Additional details cannot be added once the order has been placed.

I do not know anything about the people and pets I am painting other than the information you provide. Please use as much detail as you can.
The reference pictures you send are important, they are all I have to go off so please ensure you choose them to best reflect the likeness.
For example if the person has longer hair and it is tied back on the photograph, the length might not be obvious. Faces are less important due to the style of my art, but accessories, clothes and colours help to make your painting unqiue.
These paintings are cartoon-like and light-hearted, they are not an exact likeness.
Each extra figure (after 2) figures is an additional £4.
Can I see a proof?
Unfortunately not. The way I work is completely freehand, this means theres no guidelines for painting. If you would like to see a sketch of what your portrait might look like please get in touch and I would be happy to draw a rough sketch for you.
Please allow 2-3 weeks turnaround for your painting. If you require your painting quicker than this or need it for a specific date please get in touch and I can see if I can get it done and sent out any quicker.
